We Mainly sell Pile Driver, Kelly Bar, Truck-Mounted Aerail Lift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Backhoe Loader.
What kind of test report you have？
We have CE, ISO, CCC certificates and dozens of Patents.
What kind of services can I get regarding product warranty and after-sales service?
If there is any problem with the machine, we will try to solve the problem by email or tel promptly, at the same time ,we will record your description about the problemand send videos for troubleshooting, if the problem still can’t be solved we will prepare the service on site.
First time on site service for training and installing for free, but all travel cost in customers’ country and accommodation should be paid by customers.
Half-year guarantee for accessories except the consumable parts,life long maintenance.
What is your payment method?
1. We accept the payment through T/T ($25 extra Bank cost for each payment), Alibaba Trade Assurance (2% extra Ali Cost) and 100% L/C at sight.. We also accpet western union and Paypal (4% extra PayPal handling fee) if needed. 2. As long as you confirm the order and payment method then I will draft an PI with order details for your reference.
What is your fast production delivery ？
we usually need 7-10 working days for delivrey time, but if you have any special or urgent order, I will try help to apply for a top urgent order with faster delivery time for you, my friend.
